About

Our Mission

To build the developmental foundations children need to grow into curious, resilient, lifelong learners—by equipping caregivers and educators with the clarity, compassion, and practical tools to support them.

Our Vision

To close the gap between early childhood and formal education by empowering caregivers and educators with trusted, holistic guidance—so children are equipped to meet each moment with resilience, curiosity, and confidence, and the adults supporting them feel grounded, capable, and connected amidst the noise of endless (and often conflicting) advice and information.

About Me

Anna Sobel is a caregiver coach, educator, and parent with over 20 years of experience helping children build the physical, emotional, and social foundations that make learning possible.

She has supported families through power struggles, handwriting challenges, big emotions, executive functioning struggles and “I can’t do it” moments—and seen the transformation when kids have the tools they need to thrive.

The truth is, knowing letters and numbers isn’t enough. Children also need to sit upright, manage frustration, take turns, and bounce back from tough moments. That kind of readiness doesn’t happen by accident—it takes intention, support, and a solid understanding of child development. That’s where Anna comes in.

Through personalized coaching, Anna helps caregivers understand what’s really being asked of children in school, support whole-child development at home, and build routines and strategies that bring more ease into everyday life. Her work is grounded in developmental science, real-world experience, and deep respect for each child and family. She's not here to “fix” your child—she is here to empower you to support them with confidence.

In addition to coaching families, Anna leads workshops for both caregivers and educators, helping bridge the gap between home and school—because when adults are aligned, children thrive.

Anna holds a B.A. from Wesleyan University and an M.S.Ed. in Early Childhood Education from Bank Street College of Education. She is a certified Social Emotional Learning Workshop Facilitator and yoga instructor through Breathe For Change, and a credentialed T-TAP Early Childhood Coach through the National Association for the Education of Young Children.

Over the past two decades, Anna has taught in schools including Manhattan Country School and Blue Apple Early Childhood Learning Center. She has led workshops and done coaching in a range of settings, including the Teaching Kindergarten Conference, Raising Astoria, the Sugar Hill Museum Preschool and Rutgers Community Programs.
