Parent Workshops

Parenting is powerful - and so is having a space to reflect, share, and learn together. Every parent workshop is designed to be both supportive and practical, starting before we even gather. For workshops hosted by schools or supporting organizations, we offer a complimentary 30-minute call to understand your community’s unique needs and tailor the session accordingly.

During the workshop, parents step into a confidential, safe environment where community-building is front and center. Through dialogue, small-group strategy sessions, and hands-on exploration, parents gain tools that speak directly to the real challenges of family life. Each participant leaves with a resource packet full of clear, ready-to-use strategies and the option of a complimentary one-on-one follow-up session—because learning doesn’t stop when the workshop ends.

"Working with Anna was an incredible experience. She gave me incredibly useful suggestions and tools for meeting my 3-year-old's developmental needs, redirecting her, and proactively filling her cup. Anna introduced me to concepts that were entirely new to me, despite being an educator myself, but were incredibly validating, which built my confidence as a parent.  I am forever grateful and looking forward to continuing my work with her.”  - Jamie
